What geographical area do you serve?

We serve the Greater Toronto Area mainly but will serve our regular clients in any area.

Starting from Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street West Oakville, driving for the first 30 kilometers is free. After that, we charge $1.5 per kilometer.

 

How long it takes to shoot a property?

The shoot will depend on the service or package ordered. It will range from 30 minutes to 3 hours

 

Can you shoot on the same day of order?

We try out best to accommodate the orders coming in as quickly as possible. The shoot can be done within 24 hours, however, it will totally depend on our schedule at the time of order, as orders are prioritized as they come in through the system.

 

How long it takes to deliver the service I ordered?

Our turnaround time ranges from 24-48 hours depending on services ordered. Some cases might take longer for large properties and multiple services ordered, but we always try our best to deliver within 48 hours.

 

What platform will your products works on?

All our services, photography, videography, virtual tours, floor maps, flyers, etc. works on all platforms, be it a computer, smartphone, tablet, and all operating systems, be it Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, etc.

Our platform is HTML5 compatible.

 

What payment do you accept?

We accept cheque, Visa, Master Card, PayPal, e-transfer and Cash.

 

What are the terms of payment?

All of our services are prepaid. For brokerage houses or busy agents, we can do bi-weekly invoicing, or monthly invoicing.

 

What is your rescheduling or cancelation policy?

Because your booked appointment is prioritized over other bookings, we require at least 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your booked appointment.

We can shoot without the presence of a representative from the broker/agent, however, that have to be arranged with the booking beforehand.

If no one shows at the appointment for 30 minutes, and we don't have a key for the property, a charge of $99 will be invoiced to your account.

 

How will the ordered services be delivered?

We deliver all our packages through our client portal. All your orders will be listed there, and you can download, change the design, upload your logo, images, etc.

The client portal is a big asset, as it removes the headache of finding the links to share and the links to download or asking to change a picture in the Property Sheet, etc.

However, if you didn't buy a package and only ordered Ala Carte service then an email with a link to download all the ordered media will be emailed to your registered email with us.

 

What is HDR?

HDR is short for “High Dynamic Range.” We use this technique in all our photos. It is basically the process whereby we combine multiple exposures (too dark to too bright) of the image and combine them digitally afterward to provide a final photo that more accurately reflects the amazing tonal and color range of the human eye. This process produces the natural light and the colors of the home at the time of the shoot.

 

What is Twilight Photo?

The twilight photo is the money shot. It is a photo taken around sunset (golden hour) where the light is golden and lights up the property in a special way, with the sky still showing colors and not black but not bright. It produces an amazing photo that grabs the attention of any looker.

 

What is a 360 Virtual Tour?

We create 360x180 degree panoramas that capture everything in the room at that spot. Then we take multiple spots panoramas and combine them in a virtual tour that gives the viewer the scenes of being there at the property.

 

What is a Promotional Video?

Our Cinematic promotional video presents the property in an exciting, engaging way to the viewer, with music and titles, even agent intro or voice over.

 

What kind of properties do you shoot?

We shoot Interiors, Exteriors, Landscapes, Aerials for all kind of real estate including the following:

Mansions, Ranches, Villas, Town Houses, Apartments. Factories, Warehouses, Commercial Buildings, Shops, Halls, etc. Basically, we tailor our services to suit your kind of property.

 

Do I have to be at the property for you to shoot?

Of course, you are also always welcome to meet me at the home and hang out during the photo shoot if we are working for the first time, or you want to make sure some shots are taken, however our client platform allows you to write your shoot notes for the photographer and leave the lock code for the key.

We will simply follow your instruction and shoot the property. We were shoe gloves and all our equipment have rubber legs, and we are very careful about each property we shoot.

Our aim is to provide a seamless experience for the agent as we know you have so much on your mind, and the last thing you want is to worry about our services.

 

What are your working hours?

Our services are shot from early morning through twilight time. Twilight time varies during the year. Appointments are not available on the weekends or holidays. However, if you have a special request outside of those hours, lets us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

 

 

Why use a professional photographer? Can't I use my phone to take photos?

You can, and many people do. And, under right circumstances, your iPhone can produce an acceptable image, but it will be severely limited in composition and lighting. To shoot an entire home, inside and out, and capture color range, details or special angles requires a robust professional camera with specialized wide-angle lens and expertise in shooting techniques like flash/fusion/HDR.
